Here's how it works:

  1. PerformanceScope captures data via surveys.

    If there’s something you want to ask your guests, employees, or target market, we have a survey for it. If we don’t already have a template survey that fits your needs, we’ll create a custom survey with questions created specifically for your business. Surveys can be deployed via email, social media, on your website, and on our Guest Feedback page. Once we get to know you and your business goals, we can help you determine where and when to conduct surveys.

  2. PerformanceScope software identifies and measures key touchpoints.

    Whether tracking the customer journey or measuring employee satisfaction, PerformanceScope knows what to look for. Our software captures real-time feedback, breaks it down into measurable touchpoints, and identifies trends.

  3. Data is compiled in a dashboard.

    Our survey reporting software carefully monitors data in real time and displays it on an executive dashboard, allowing you to access and distribute the information you need to improve your business anytime, anywhere. And with PerformanceScope alerts, time-sensitive issues—such as customer complaints and inquiries—can be addressed immediately. When action is needed to resolve a negative experience, celebrate a positive one, or respond to an inquiry, you’ll receive a notification. If something needs your attention, you’ll know right away.

  4. Monthly reports are distributed.

    Each month, we’ll email you a scorecard displaying top box scores for each survey touchpoint. Use your monthly customer experience report to compare guest experiences internally, as well as across locations and to national normative scores.
